Step by Step Guide to Placing a Quote/Order
via the Composite-ARF Website

Use your internet browser to visit www.composite-arf.com. You will be presented with the screen below:
Click the ‘English’ ‘radio button’ to the left and then click on your region in the world map. For those in the UK it will obviously be ‘Europe’
You will now be at the Product Overview screen. As an example, we will assume you wish to purchase a 2.3m Extra 330.
Click on the picture of the Extra 330 2.3m.
N.B Some newer models have not yet had their pictures added to this page. To purchase one of these models choose the model from the menu on the left hand side.
You will now be presented with the different versions of the model you have selected. The only differences between the ‘versions’ is the colour scheme.
Find the colour scheme you like and click on the ‘Add to Basket’ wording next to it. By adding it to your basket you are not saying you definitely
want to buy it, you are adding items that you would like Composite-ARF to give you an exact quote for.
You will now be at a screen that shows your ‘shopping basket’. Here you can see that our 2.3m Extra is in the ‘basket’.
Before you can place your quote/order you will need to choose a Rep. The Rep’s job is to help answer any questions you may have about
the model or Composite-ARF’s services etc. To pick a rep click on the ‘Pick Rep’ wording.
The website will take you to a list of Composite-ARF reps for your region. If you wish to choose a Rep from outside your region then
this is not a problem. Simply click 'Show All Reps' and you will see all worldwide available Reps.
Select your Rep from the rep list by clicking on the ‘Pick Rep’ wording.
You will be returned to your ‘shopping basket’ and now you will find that the Rep that you chose has been linked to your quote/order.
You are now ready to place the quote/order. You have two ways in which to do this.
Click ‘Get Quote’. After entering your contact details you will receive a quotation by email with the relevant items and shipping costs. If you are happy with the quote you can then pay conveniently by a secure link. This quote is not binding at all and should you not wish to act upon the quote then you can just ignore it. (See Step 7a)
The other option is to
Click ‘Quick Sale’. After entering your contact and payment details your order is placed immediately. This will save you a few days processing time and is recommend for urgent spare part orders or if you are happy you know exactly how much you will be paying for your order. (See Step 7b)
This step assumes you clicked ‘Get Quote’ from your ‘Shopping Basket’ page.
Please enter all your contact details in the fields provided at the top half of the page ensuring the accuracy of the e-mail address entered.
Should you wish to make any comments or ask any questions then please complete the larger box towards the bottom of the page.
When you are happy that you have entered all your details/comments you can click on ‘Get Quote’
This step assumes you clicked ‘Quick Sale’ from your ‘Shopping Basket’ page.
Please enter all your contact details in the fields provided at the top half of the page.
As you clicked on ‘Quick Sale’ you will need to enter your credit card details so the order can be placed into Composite-ARF’s ordering system immediately. You will still receive a quotation/confirmation by e-mail, but sending your request via this ‘Quick Sale’ page will confirm your order right away and will save you one or two days in order processing time. You will have to accept Composite-ARF’s standard shipping costs without knowing them beforehand.
Should you wish to make any comments please complete the larger box towards the bottom of the page.
When you are happy that you have entered all your details/comments you can click on ‘Submit’ button.
If you have requested a quote, Composite-ARF will send you it via e-mail as soon as possible. If you have not heard within 3 days then please mail them on email@example.com. When you have received your quote, if you are happy, you can click the link in the quote to go ahead and place the order. If you wish not to go ahead then simply ignore the quote and do not act upon it.
If you have requested a quick sale you will still receive an e-mail confirming the order but the order will be shipped without further admin/processing. You can then choose to track your order (See FAQ on how to track your order)
